Old Dogs New Tricks

As a veteran teacher I have a lot to offer language students of all ages. Although I am primarily focused on elementary students, I think my prints and easy readers are interesting enough for any age learner who might want to brush up their skills.

My philosophy is: Easy, Fun and Regular. Although you do want to challenge yourself, start with something easy to get you into a good routine. Make it fun. There is no evidence that people learn more just because it is difficult and boring. Quite the opposite, you will continue studying longer if you are enjoying your studies. Finally, do the work every day. You may become busy and unable to complete the task. Forgive yourself. Start the next day and try to continue every day after that. You will want to limit your study time to 5 minutes, which should make it easy to fit into your schedule.
