Starting anything new can be exciting and stressful. How often have you started to study something new only to put it aside after two days? We are all the same. I believe that you need to make realistic expectations about your progress. There are very few people who can pick up a language and speak it fluently after 3 months. It is also unlikely that you will be able to continue studying English two hours a day every day.

Try to study every day. Try to study for 5 minutes every day. It may be easier to continue if you can find the same five minutes every day. For example, five minutes before breakfast, or five minutes right before you go to bed.
